Scroll air compressors are a new generation of air compressors developed in recent years. Scroll air compressors are composed of two dynamic and static scrolls of two double function equation lines meshing with each other. During the suction, compression, and exhaust working process, the static disk is fixed on the frame, and the dynamic disk is driven by the eccentric shaft and constrained by the anti-rotation mechanism. It rotates in a plane with a very small radius around the center of the static disk base circle. The gas is sucked into the periphery of the static disk through the air filter. As the eccentric shaft rotates, the gas is gradually compressed in several crescent-shaped compression chambers formed by the dynamic and static disks, and then discharged continuously from the axial hole of the central component of the static disk.
